Hi Jennifer & Cheryl,
Mona foaled this morning between 5 and 6 AM. He appears to have the roaning, so I believe he will be a blue. He was already standing within 30 minutes, he is huge, strong as an ox and was crow hopping around the pen at two hours old. It took all of my strength to hold him down to sterilize his navel stump, and he still nearly got away! I love the way his tail furiously rotates as he nurses. I will get footage this evening and send out pictures soon. He is already mouthing Mona's hay, unbelievable!
