Hi Cheryl & Jennifer,

Introducing Jinx's precious one. She is 6 hours old here and very healthy. Jinx is owned by Magi Schluter who could not be more proud.
This is one of the five pregnant mares that we brought all the way to Miami, Florida from Alberta, Canada to save them from slaughter. Though it is hard to see in this picture... the baby is steel gray.
Even after Magi slept in the barn a couple nights, she missed the birth. Isn't that how it goes.
We are so happy that we were able to save these wonderful animals!
Thank you to everyone who helped.  Susan's mare Duck will be next. Yeah!!!
